Self-guided tours that walk visitors round your venue

Turn your rooms, beds, or trails into a guided route on visitors' own phones — with the curator's voice on every stop and no app to install.

How to build it

  1. Map your venue

Drop a waypoint on each room, exhibit, or garden bed. Tight 10–20 m radii keep check-ins honest indoors and out.

  2. Write each stop

Add the curator's pages to every waypoint — what to look at, why it matters, what most visitors miss.

  3. Choose the flow

Ordered for a set route; unordered for explore-at-will. Split long visits into tranches per wing or season.

  4. Publish unlisted

Set visibility to unlisted and put the join link on tickets, signage, or a QR code at the entrance.

  5. Learn from the data

The tracking panel shows where visitors stop, skip, and finish — your quietest gallery will surprise you.

For example

A walled-garden trust runs four seasonal trails from one account — visitors scan a QR at the gate and the spring tour walks them bed by bed.
